Certificate Study Option

If you want to earn a certificate that shows you’ve completed the courses you’re taking, the Validated Study Option is for you. This option is available for over 130 courses which students can enroll in for a nominal cost. When you complete the course requirements, you will receive a downloadable certificate of completion so that you can proudly document your achievement.

How Does It Work?

Certificate courses will provide the same course lecture material found on Our Daily Bread Christian University, but also provide you the opportunity to have your work validated and certified with a Certificate of Completion. This option is offered through Christian University GlobalNet (CUGN). To take courses for a Certificate of Completion, follow these simple steps:

Browse our courses. Once you have selected the course or series register/login
Purchase the course or series
Complete your course(s) and receive your Certificate(s) of Completion.

How Much Does It Cost?

Basic level courses: $20/course

Intermediate level courses: $40/course

Advanced level courses: $60/course

What Will I Have to Do to Earn My Certificate?

All courses will require that you watch/listen/read all of the lectures and complete some basic requirements such as answering discussion questions and completing quizzes. Specific requirements will be available for each course in the course syllabus.

Which Courses are available for Validation?

Courses that are available will have a "Certificate" button located under the course options on each course.

Will I receive academic credit or CEUs for courses taken through the Certificate Study Option?
