Our Daily Bread Christian University was designed for a multidenominational audience. The teacher for the New Testament survey courses is Dr. Craig Blomberg of Denver Seminary. Dr. Douglas Stuart of Gordon-Conwell Seminary teaches the Old Testament survey courses. Many of the other entry-level courses are comprised of materials offered through Our Daily Bread Ministries, known for its cross-cultural and interdenominational presentations. The higher-level courses are part of the Institute of Theological Studies library of courses, all of which have been approved by the Evangelical Seminary Deans’ Council.

All of our courses are absolutely free all the time at no cost or obligation to you. If you or your students would like to earn a Validated Certificate of Completion verifying that a course has been completed, or to earn academic credit for a course, we offer those options for a small fee through our sister ministry, Christian University GlobalNet. To learn more about these options, simply navigate to Understanding Your Options under the Course Options tab at the top of the Our Daily Bread Christian University homepage, or simply click here.

For a nominal cost ($40 or less), over 40 courses are available to be taken in a Validated Study Option through our sister ministry, Christian University GlobalNet. When students take courses using this option, we monitor their coursework, verify that they have listened to the lectures, passed the quizzes (if applicable), and participated in discussion forums (if applicable). When we have verified that all course requirements were met, we issue a downloadable Validated Certificate of Completion that students can print out and give to you. Similarly, if students take courses for academic credit through Christian University GlobalNet, they can request an official transcript at any time to show you they have completed their courses.
